The EcoCities Project
EcoCities, an initiative led by the University of Manchester and funded by Bruntwood, draws on the expertise of the Manchester Architecture Research Centre (MARC) and the Centre for Urban Regional Ecology. The project looks at the impacts of climate change and at how we can adapt our cities to the challenges and opportunities that a changing climate presents and has already provided Greater Manchester with its first blueprint for an integrated climate change adaptation strategy.
