Deborah is Executive Director at the HCA where she leads the North West team to deliver the Government’s priorities for increasing housing supply, home ownership and supporting devolution and local growth.

Deborah’s team is responsible for many successful investment schemes, including the affordable housing programme, the rebirth of Ancoats in Manchester, working with partners to deliver the Preston and Lancashire City Deal and the rapid expansion of the Omega site near Warrington.

Deborah recently completed a successful 12-month secondment as Chief Executive of Manchester Place, establishing a new collaborative way of working to increase housing supply in Manchester and attract international investment.
